"Mr Green was exceptional in helping me get renters insurance for the first time! As a young person navigating things for the first time on your own different processes are pretty difficult! "State Farm’s very own Garrick Green: -Notifies of a paid overcharge but does not reimburse one red cent -Fails to renew a policy that hasn’t changed for no valid reason. -Employs supremely hard of hearing people to answer the phone lines. Deserves 0 stars. That assessment - VERY low marks - earned over a substantial time span in which MULTIPLE opportunities were given for things to get better, for service to be DECENT since it was ELECTRONIC, or for things to not get worse while the policy holder had zero changes. Low Low? Low. “Low”? No lower “Low…”? Low… . There are prior issues but I am merely addressing 2024 in this review. I deleted a previous review just to post a current one. FOLLOW-UP: 1. Company policy should not withhold owed until a distant renewal. Especially since the company underwrites idiotically not logically, leading to undue “nonrenewals” of previously valid policies that have not changed one iota. 2. It should not be the customer’s duty to be the first line of defense against underwriters who do shoddy work and make the department look negligent. 3. Customer calling again is his solution to addressing issues that already were communicated via call to an employee who claimed to hear far less than half of what was said on a clear line without any acknowledged technical difficulties. Agent's follow-up ‘call’ us voicemail did not indicate attempt to resolve an issue on the State Farm end of things. 4. Note how more than 3 issues over 3 months for one customer plus the other low star reviews count as one and not multiple issues -- "an exception" in his book. I called to address issues before leaving their well-earned review. Then his reply resolved nothing."

As you can see on other reviews, we are known for providing great customer service and caring deeply about our customers. I would like the opportunity to talk and investigate your feedback further. Until then, please accept my apologies and thanks for being a valued State Farm customer. Dear Rosalyn, We appreciate your recent follow. You and other State Farm customers have been overcharged by $7 to $10 on your uninsured motorist coverage. State Farm wanted to ensure fairness by applying this adjustment to your policy upon renewal. To proceed with your upcoming auto renewal smoothly, we require some information for our underwriting department. We've made multiple attempts to reach out to discuss these matters with you. However, we have been unable to connect, as our calls are going to voicemail, and your mailbox appears to be full. At your earliest convenience, please reach out to our office so we can address these issues together. Thank you, "

"Jasmyne was amazing! She spent almost an hour on the phone with me while we priced out car and home owners policies. She patiently explained what some line items were and what it technically covered. She listened to my concerns with my current provider, and the value they priced my dwelling limit, and made a point of ensuring I had a more reliable limit based upon the current economics surrounding housing costs. As we were closing out our call and I was paying for car insurance she noted I didn’t drive much and got a me another discount for low annual mileage <7500. Jasmyne’s helpfulness, patience and thoroughness in addressing my concerns while finding the best rate is what sealed the deal for me on switching insurance companies."
